Don't be
a slave to your diapers, wash the
CuddleBuns? way!
- Step
1. One short cycle on COLD with a
tablespoon of detergent.
- Step
2. One cycle HOT with your
detergent, with a double rinse
- Step
3. Dry on MEDIUM until completely
dry.
Why we
recommend this method.
The first cold wash rinses the diapers to
prepare them for washing, and can even
prevent stains from setting. The second
hot wash fully washes the diapers, and the
double rinse reduces detergent residue
build-up. The medium temperature drying
setting extends the life of your cotton
diapers by reducing direct fiber exposure
to high heat. Remember to UN-SNAP
your doublers BEFORE washing as
this causes stress to the the snaps and
voids your warranty.
Detergent
build up?
For superior softness and rinse ability --
simply add white vinegar to your fabric
softener dispenser or Downy Ball?.
Washing
diaper covers:
- For
durable covers, add them to the final
hot wash of the diapers or wash them
with your regular laundry and tumble
dry on medium heat.
- For
delicate covers (perhaps with custom
embroidery or appliqued), wash in warm
water with your detergent on DELICATE,
with a cold prewash only if
they have BM on them. Line dry
or hang over your bathroom shower rod.
